I took the Doula course as a good friend asked me to be with her as she delivers her baby. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist for 28 years so I feel confident in the emotional support and the use of essential oils and massage techniques as well as the breathing support. This course was very informative and easy to follow for a comprehensive understanding of the role of a Doula and taught me important information to assist me in my role. Great beginners course for Doula training!
