Art therapy is something I decided to pursue at 50 because I feel that now is my time to do something for my own mental health , that I can also help others to improve their lives. This course has helped me to get a taste of what is involved in the art therapy industry. It is something I have now become very passionate about pursuing and this course has shown me how to follow through and further improve myself.. the modules are easy to understand and complete. I like that I have access to go back and look at again even when I have finished the course. The video clips are very helpful and interesting.
