The Administrative Skills Certificate course was very informative and there was some good stuff that I didn't know. However I feel a lot of the info I had learned through office experience so this is better for those who are new to the administrative role I think. I also wish it was more accepted as a credited certificate by employers, but that isn't Courses for Success' issue. Overall I appreciated the course and did learn a few things.
