This is an absolutely awful place to buy high end items. Placed an order July 3, promised repeatedly delivery by 7/9. item never shipped until a week later, despite several assurances from CC reps that it had shipped, was on truck, etc., all of which were not true. Dress arrived a week late, told to refuse shipment. Did that. FEDEX then lost it, sent it back to me. Meanwhile CC sends me a duplicate. Refuse that. Now both dresses lost in FEDEX Limbo. More than 12 emails or calls to CC reps who are very nice but do nothing to resolve the issues. Still waiting on refund - so long that original credit card has expired. Out almost $600 - horrible experience. Going to BBB and Attorney General as this is a fraud issue.
