“My first CoutureCandy dress unfortunately didn’t work out for me, so I returned it and received store credit. I read through the return policy and understood how the credit works, so I decided to use it toward another dress instead of letting it go to waste. There were so many dresses on the site that I actually had a hard time choosing, especially with all the sale options. For my second order, I took my time and compared the measurements, checked the size chart and made sure I was happy with the color before placing the order. I’d definitely suggest doing the same if you’re using store credit, since you want to be confident about your choice. Cnderella Divine dress arrived sooner than I expected and was packed nicely. I tried it on as soon as it arrived, and thankfully the fit was much better. The color was also exactly what I was hoping for, so I was really happy with how everything turned out. My biggest suggestion would just be to read the return policy carefully before placing your first order and check the measurements instead of going by your usual size. And if you’re using store credit, take a little extra time choosing — there are plenty of options, so it’s worth finding the one you really love!”

“I’ve ordered quite a few times from them over the past couple years, for different occasions, and they have become one of the places I check first when I’m looking for a gown. I’ve gotten Evening gowns, Bridesmaid dresses and even a few Pageant Gowns from them, and overall my experiences have been pretty good. The dresses are beautiful and delivery has been good too, usually comes pretty quick,, and packed nicely. Their policy can be a little strict, especially for FINAL SALE items, so I always try to check everything before ordering. I did make a mistake once and selected the wrong color when I placed my order, I didn’t notice it until after I received the dress. When I opened the package, I realized right away I had picked a different color than what I actually wanted. I contacted customer service and they explained that my order was returnable, and they helped me with the return and Store Credit options. They even offered a MONETARY refund option to help resolve the situation, which I really appreciated. I was a little disappointed at first, because I really wanted a FULL refund,, but since the mistake was from my side I understood. They were still willing to work with me and explain all my options, which I really appreciated.”

“I’m extremely happy with my purchase of the Dancing Queen 9750 Jewel Encrusted dress! I chose the black color, and it is absolutely stunning. The jewel embellishments add such a beautiful sparkle and make the dress feel very elegant and luxurious. I really wanted the Burgundy color, but unfortunately my size was out of stock. I’m glad I went with black because it looks timeless and gorgeous!”

“We found this company very affordable and efficient with quick delivery. The customer service was very good calling to make sure that we got the dress that everything was fine with it and called back again the day after they knew she was wearing it to make sure everything went OK. The dress was comfortable and fit well. Seemed true to size.”

“Their return or exchange policy sucks. In other words you cannot return or exchange and item. They will give you an impossible criteria to meet before an item can be returned. I normally were medium, which is a size 8. I ordered a dress from them in medium but the sizing was more like a 4-6. I asked for an exchange to a size 10, but like I mentioned earlier they gave an impossible criteria for the return. This is a dress that cost over $300. Imagine wasting $300 on something you cannot use. To any one who wants to order from them, please make sure the sizing is right, other wise you're just wasting money.”

“Complete scam! Retuned dress I ordered in perfect condition with all tags, RMA number, tracking number, as requested. They wanted to charge me 50% reactivation fee and just store credit for the balance of the $500+ that I paid!!! So they can resell the dress and made $250 on the deal! Ha! I’m protesting the entire charge with the bank !!! They’re not going to get away with it with me!!!”

“I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Couture Candy. I ordered a dress that didn't fit, and trying to return it has been a nightmare due to their rigid return policy. They don't make the return terms clear at the point of purchase, and they don't offer refunds—only store credit, which essentially forces you to continue spending money with a company you are already dissatisfied with. Because I was out of town when the package was delivered, I was already had a 20% penalty fee before I even opened the box. Save yourself the stress and shop with a company that offers a reasonable, transparent return process.”

“I think that your return policy needs to be stated in BOLDFACE type so that purchasers comprehend that they cannot actually receive a full refund of funds spent. A store credit is not the same thing! Also it is important to note that once a return is made, the new item ordered cannot be returned, or exchanged. Other brick and mortar stores do not have this kind of policy. It would be better to give a full refund to be credited to the original form of payment. The dresses are beautiful and prices are comparable. However, your return/exchange policies need some revision in my opinion.”

“This store is a complete rip off. I ordered a dress and it arrived so wrinkled and creased it was almost impossible to get the wrinkles out. I return it because one it arrived too late and arrived unpresentable. I pay $60 to send it back, paid $416 and now I am forced to get store credit and that amount is for only $301. AND I have to use that credit within 6 months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Trying to upload pictures and it won't upload my pictures. If you see the pictures you would think twice about ordering from this company. If I just wanted to return it because I didn't like it, thats one thing but I'm returning it because of the poor condition it came in.”

“The dress we received did NOT reflect the picture shown. Yes, it was made from the same fabric, but the print alignment did not match at all. And the dress already had strings unraveling. Highly, highly disappointed. They only offered a 15% discount or a return for store credit. I wanted what I ordered and what the online image showed. That was not what I received. I would never purchase here again. The picture on the left shows their website image; on the right is what it looks like in person.”
