“BEWARE - ANY DRESS THAT IS MARKED DOWN IS NOT RETURNABLE. UNFORNATURELY, I DID NOT REALIZE THAT UNTIL I TRIED TO RETURN A DRESS THAT I PURCHASED. THE WEBSITE DOES STATE THIS, BUT IT IS NOT OBVIOUS.”

“Quick shoutout to the store because they genuinely made the whole ordering process smooth from start to finish. I ordered two gowns to compare since I wasn’t completely sure about colors and fit, and overall the experience felt easy and well-handled. Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first because online dress shopping can be hit or miss. One of the gowns—the charcoal off-shoulder chiffon dress—was absolutely perfect. The fabric, fit, lining, and detailing were exactly what I hoped for. It looked elegant in person, felt comfortable, and matched the description really well. The second gown didn’t quite work out for me, though. The color was a bit different from what I expected based on the photos, and it just didn’t suit what I needed for the event. I ended up returning that one without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Even with that, the overall experience still felt positive because the quality of the first dress was excellent and the return process was straightforward.”

“Horrible do not buy this gown. The sequins fall and glitter fall out right out of the bag! Such awful quality, worse of all I was not aware of their strict rule of no returns if it’s on sale it’s considered final sale. So now I’m stuck with a dress with glitter and sequins that fall off everywhere you walk. I’ll never purchase a dress here again!!”

“Picked up this evening dress for an anniversary dinner and it fully ate—like I instantly felt taller and more put together the second I put it on. It’s giving effortless but still super polished, and the fit hugs in all the right places without making you feel trapped. My partner was obsessed and kept complimenting me all night, so you already know it hit. Plus it didn’t wrinkle at all even after sitting forever, which is honestly a win on its own. 10/10 energy, would wear again.”

“I ordered a dress for $750 and the beads fell off when she first got it. When we brought it to the tailor they continued to fall off. Half the beads are missing and now I have to buy her a new prom dress. I am completely disgusted. Do not purchase from this company!!”

“I was expecting this to be kinda risky buying online, but it actually surprised me in a good way. It looks pretty much like the pics, and the color is spot on. The fit was decent, but I had to get a small adjustment. It’s lightweight and easy to wear, which I liked. Delivery was fast, too. Overall, I’m really happy with it for the price 👍”

“This review is on the quality of the dress we purchased, not the experience with Contour Candy. We purchased a dress made by Portia and Scarlett. We saw the dress last year at a boutique but decided not to get it, it was beautiful. This year my daughter wanted it for prom, the local boutique no longer had it. We purchased the exact same dress with the same Dress ID number from Conture Candy. The dress we received looks very cheaply made with only half the bedazzle as the dress we saw in the boutique and the price was exactly the same. My daughter is crushed and unfortunately it’s too late to order another. When I saw the dress shipping from China, I should have known something was wrong!! We are so upset about the quality and looks of this dress for the price we paid when we know how it should look!! Unfortunately pictures would not upload of the dress on this site. Update. Customer Service did reach out to us in reference to our concerns and offered solutions to improve our experience. We are very appreciative of them understanding our concerns and addressing them in a timely manner. Thank you!”
