“this is the worst company i have ever dealt with, there should be ashamed for selling such high end drewsses with no cusomter service at all. I was just told be the customer service representative that no on ein the company has any phones so no ability to speak to accounting or anyone else that could help, DO NOT buy anything from this company, you will spend months trying to unknot the mess and spend a fortune and lost money throughout the process!”

“Don’t purchase anything from Couture Candy. This Company practices deceptive and unethical business practices. I purchased a dress on 11/12/24 for an event on 11/24/24. I am still waiting for the dress.. They took 7 days to ship the dress (not 48-72 hours are stated in the order). They don’t and we calls. Terrible Company!”

“The dress fits perfectly to me and to the occasion I attended. It is very classy and elegant. It terms to the logistics, it is delivered to me very swift, very early to my event so I had a chance to do my dress rehearsal before going. Transactions were very smooth as to mode of payment as well. Kudos to all the people behind this shop. Very accommodating and very responsive to all my concerns and queries. “I did get what was shown in the picture. Although, sizing chart was not very accurate and my dress did not fit. On tip of everything their return policy is very unreasonable. They charge a number of penalty fees.”

“Once you find a brand that fits your body, you can always go on contour candy, and find the perfect dress. I’m so pleased with my Jovani gowns that I have purchased through couture candy. I am 6 feet tall. I have purchased Jovani whether I’m a size 8 or a size 16. Great on my body type. Fast shipping too!”
