“As a returning customer of CoutureCaNDY, I’ve really come to trust them — especially when it comes to offering authentic dresses. Even so, I still take time to read reviews before ordering, just to be sure. When I came across the Blush Ruffled Long Dress👗, I instantly loved it. Of course, I had that small hesitation that comes with online shopping — wondering if it would truly look the same in person. I browsed other options for a few days, but nothing compared to this one. I finally ordered it, and once again, CoutureCaNDY delivered. The dress was absolutely stunning and clearly authentic — the quality of the fabric, the craftsmanship, and the overall design all matched what I saw online. The color was spot-on, and the fit was incredibly flattering.💖 This kind of consistency is exactly why I keep coming back. “I haven’t received a dress, or a tracking number, or any clear answers on what happened to my order. It’s 5 days past when I purchased the dress. No manager would come to the phone to speak with me. I’m getting the run around about “shipping time and processing rimes” I paid extra $50 for expedited shipping & still nothing. No one can confirm they even gave the dress I purchased, or offering me an alternative. The whole thing has been frustrating and disappointing. I’ll never order from here again. There are low ry if other websites with similar deals. I’m beyond dissatisfied”

“Finding the right prom dress online can take some time, so before placing an order with Couture Candy we made sure to research the store first. Like many online retailers, we noticed a mix of positive and negative reviews, which is quite common since customers can have different experiences depending on sizing, expectations, or shipping situations. After browsing their wide selection of gowns and comparing prices with other stores, we decided to order a prom dress for my daughter because the styles were beautiful and the prices seemed more affordable. When the gown arrived, it looked very similar to the photos on the website and the overall quality was good for the price. “I was so pleased with my order!!! This GLITTER TRUMPET DRESS fits beautifully,,, and the glitter adds just the right amount of sparkle. “Bought the Asymmetric Evening Gown for a wedding and was really excited when it arrived! The fit was great, and the dress looked exactly like the pictures. I checked the size chart before ordering, and it seemed accurate. However, after trying it on a couple of times, I realized the style wasn’t quite what I had in mind for the event, so I decided to return it. The return process was pretty straightforward. I contacted customer support, got my RMA number, and sent the dress back without any issues. My store credit was processed quickly. Just a heads-up, if you use a promo code, a small amount is deducted from your store credit, but that’s explained up front. Luckily, the event is still a ways off, so I’m taking my time browsing their site for a new gown.”

“These are not authentic dresses. Shipped from china. The sizing chart is way off. Very disappointed. Ordered a size 8 which has a 30 inch waist according to the Portia Scarlett chart the dress is a 26 inch waist. Called the company to do an exchange, final sale. I have bought Portia and scarlett dresses in the past and always wear a size 8. Something’s not right!!”

“Nightmare! They sent me a dress that did not have the proper color ribbon. When I sent them a photo the tried to tell light pink was silver and that it was just the lighting in their photo. I requested a return which they also refused since the dress was “on sale”. I had to go sell the dress on posh mark and took over a hundred dollar loss. Would never recommend them to anyone!”

“I ordered a dress at first but realized it wasn’t really my style, so I returned it and got store credit—super fast and hassle-free. I went back to check out their collection and ended up picking a different dress that I really loved. Since I knew anything bought with store credit is final sale, I had a couple of questions and reached out to their customer support to make sure I understood everything.”

“BUYERS BEWARE! Their discounts come at a price, because you can never return their items if discounted. Regular priced items can only get returned for store credit. There is a 25% restock fee if they allow a partial refund, and return shipping must be paid or else their is a 20% restock fee. I purchased a dress from this website in January. The shipping date was sent to me as 5 days from the order date. I paid for 3 day shipping. The company waited to contact the vendor for the dress in which I had to contact the vendor. Upon the vendor sending the dress, they labeled it and allowed it to sit for 2 days. My ship date changed to almost 4 days after the initial ship date. I tried contacting them before it was shipped to cancel, but they don't allow orders to be canceled unless canceled 5 hours after order is placed. Needless to say I didn't receive my dress on time and was stuck within their policy if having to ship it back or receive a 20% late fee. There is also a 25% restock fee, and the customer must pay return shipping. All and all, this storefront is not worth the hassle and will gladly take your money without any way of allowing a refund regardless of their wrong-doing.”

“First time ordering & was a little skeptical. My skepticism quickly diminished upon receiving the dress. The dress arrived quicker than expected with constant shipping updates. It came in white UPS shipping bag and was neatly folded & packaged with hanger. The pictures online did not do the dress justice. It is way more beautiful in person. Ordered a size 00 and it fits perfectly. Could not be happier with this company. Thank you!”

“I am VERY disappointed in this store. It is my fault however for not being diligent enough. The order was delivered at 7at night and did not see it until the next day. I checked the dress out and didn’t see anything wrong with it. When my daughter tried it on a few of the beads feel off. The dress was almost $700. I tied to return within the 5 day window and I was told because it was defective I only had 24 hours. Lesson learned. I would be very hesitant to order from this company. They do not stand behind a very expensive prom dress with the exception of discounting 10%.”
