“ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The dress arrived quickly and was even more beautiful in person. The floral lace and beaded details were stunning, and the one-shoulder design with the little bow added such a lovely touch. The only minor issue was that I needed a small alteration to get the fit just right around the waist, but nothing major. The layered skirt was so pretty and flattering, and I received so many compliments! I felt beautiful wearing it and would absolutely purchase from Couture Candy again!”

“Customers! Please be aware before purchasing! -Poor customer service accommodation -Worst return/Exchange policy Very disappointing experience with Couture Candy. As a first-time customer, I returned my dress Order# 132719 on time and in its original condition, only to discover that my $300+ store credit had expired after six months. Despite multiple requests, customer service refused to make a one-time exception. NewYorkDress offer store credit that never expires, which is a much more customer-friendly policy. I would much rather shop with a company that values its customers and provides better service. Unfortunately, Couture Candy has lost my trust and my future business.”

I would also recommend reading the customer reviews, as they can give you a better idea of the fit, fabric, and overall quality of the dress. Checking the size chart is also a good idea to help you choose the right size. I also appreciate that the store has its return policy clearly explained on the website. Just visit the Return Policy page and read through the terms before ordering. Returns must be requested within the specified timeframe and approved by the store, and eligible returns are issued as store credit, so it’s good to be aware of this beforehand. As for my own experience, I received a beautiful dress, and it arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, which I was very happy with. “Perfection! There were no surprises, the dress arrived quickly, it was stunning, and I received countless compliments! I purchased this gown for my son’s wedding. The small train was perfect and elevated the gown beautifully, however; I did have my seamstress remove it. As the mother of the groom, I didn’t feel comfortable having a train on my dress, but that is just personal preference. Customer service called to make sure the dress arrived and it was to my liking. I would absolutely purchase from couture candy again! Buy it, don’t hesitate.”

“A true disappointment! Do not order from this site... A million different numbers, locations (Toronto, BC, Los Angeles), corporations associated with this company, and all you get is one and the same person on the phone who is not helpful except to tell you to wait for yet another unhelpful AI generated email which does not address the concern. Dress ordered on Friday. Received within 24 hours. Measurements do not align with sizing. Dress was small. Asked (within hours of delivery) for next available size up clearly available on their website - they simply refused. I even offered to deliver myself to wholesaler located in Toronto and they simply refused through AI generated emails. Do NOT waste your money ordering from them.”

“Absolutely terrible do not order from this company I have lost $1000 due to error on their end The dress was advertised in a completely different color We learned this upon arrival of the dress we had ordered I submitted proof of when it was shipped back and then they keep responding with an email saying they can’t read it and resubmit Now they say I’m out of the timeline Be advised Shipping Returns are paid at your expense I’ve purchased things 10 times the value of this and never had an issue with returning, etc. Trust me when I say use a local store or well-known dress company This one is awful”

“This dress turned out to be such a lovely surprise! For a dress under $100, I’m genuinely impressed with how elegant and well-made it looks in person. The photos are beautiful, but the actual dress is even prettier, and the details make it look much more expensive than it is. I especially love the unique neckline, open back, and cutout design, which give it an elegant yet slightly bold look. The ruching adds a lovely touch, and the train makes it feel perfect for a formal event. The color is also true to the pictures, which was a big plus for me. The quality is surprisingly good for the price, and it doesn’t look cheap at all. My only small concern is that the slit is a little higher than I expected, so I’ll need to be a bit careful when walking or sitting. The delivery service was also great, and my dress arrived on time and in good condition.”

“Customer service was not truthful to me. Also pay close attention to shipping. Three day shipping does not mean 3 business days. I paid 38.00 for 3 day shipping however they allow themselves 72 hours before the 3 day shipping. They are a middle man. They order the dresses from the designers and that’s why it takes them 72 hours to ship. It is cheaper to go strait to another shop rather than Couture Candy. I spoke with princess when UPS notified me of the delivery date and she told me to call when it was delivered and she would let me know how to send the dresses back. Unfortunately this was a lie. I have 3 girls and we have ordered before from them. Never again. Please beware of this horrible customer service.”
