“Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with Couture Candy. I received a dress that was defective. The material was improperly cut so the stretch of the fabric was lengthwise and not width wise. I was unaware of this until I took it to my seamstress. This isn’t something that a customer would be able to tell.The dress is extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sit in or wear. I called several times to speak to a manager and I was only allowed to speak with the call center who seemed to be reading from a script and repeating the return policy instead of addressing my concern of getting a refund or replacement dress. After several attempts to speak to a manager and emails I got a email offering $36 off my almost $400 dress if I left a 4 or 5 star review. I don’t feel like the issue of the defective dress was ever addressed.”

“Loved the look of this dress! I ordered a satin gown from Couture Candy for a friend's engagement party. I was unsure about ordering at first because I saw a few negative reviews about the return policy. I didn't want to deal with a hassle or to be stuck with a dress that didn't fit. But I really like the style so I decided to take the risk. When it arrived, I was satisfied with the quality , nice fabric and true to color. It needed a small alteration at the waist and it turned out perfect! A quick alteration was all it needed - glad I went for it despite the mixed feedback.”

“I received my gown yesterday (5/29), and it is absolutely beautiful! After receiving two disappointing gowns from other vendors, I must say, this one is by far the best. The quality is superb, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous at first, but now I can breathe easy. I’ll be celebrating my milestone birthday soon and cannot wait to wear this gorgeous gown. Thank you so much for showing up and coming through for me!”

“This has been by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. My daughter’s wedding is on June 14th, and I placed my first order on April 19th, allowing ample time for any necessary adjustments. I ordered two dresses in the same size. They arrived quickly, but only one fit properly (though I didn’t like how it looked on me), and the other was too small to even try on. I emailed customer service on April 27th requesting return instructions, but received no response. I followed up with a phone call and finally received the return instructions on May 2nd. To meet your 5-day return policy, I paid $166 for next-day delivery to ensure the dresses arrived on time. I didn’t hear back until May 12th, when I was informed that the return was received and a store credit would be issued. On May 19th, I was notified the credit was available. I then placed a new order using that credit on May 23rd for a dress listed as in stock in a size 12. On May 27th, I received a call saying size 12 was not available and was offered a size 14 instead. Despite my frustration, I agreed, thinking I could have it altered. Today, May 28th, I was informed via email that size 14 is also unavailable, and my payment has been refunded—but it will take 5–7 business days to process. I’ve now spent $1,132 on the original order and an additional $166 on return shipping, and I still have no dress. Not only have I lost precious time, but because the refund was initially issued as store credit, I feel trapped into shopping with your company again, despite this being a completely unacceptable experience. I will never shop with this company again and will not recommend it to anyone. This process has been stressful and disappointing at a time that should be joyful.”

“Absolutely love this cocktail dress! The online pictures accurately reflects the fit, color and style, definitely met my expectations. “I ordered this halter strap ruched A-line dress for a corporate dinner. And as a frequent online shopper, like most of my online orders, I assumed it might not work out. I didn'y expect much, surprisingly this one fit well. Overall, I'm happy with the dress, simple but polished and it was delivered neatly and on time.”

“I was worried this was a fake site I today's world, but I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The woman who assisted me was super helpful. The price was way better then any other site and my dress came super fast which was great because I procrastinated I would definitely shop here again. “I ordered a dress from here and payed extra for it to come in sooner. I then got an email saying the shipping would be pushed back by 2 weeks. That’s fine I understand sometimes things get delayed. 2 Weeks behind would not work for me though. I called to see if I can get a refund so I can find another site to order a dress in time for my event but they have yet to give me a refund. Do not order from this place if u expect to get your money back when something goes wrong.”

“It's a good option if you're attending to a party or special event and want something stylish and different. The dress has a flattering design, green color was vibrant though a bit brighter than I anticipated. That said, the fit was just okay. The shipping was fast and customer service team responded promptly to my concerns, which I really appreciated. For me, the service was reliable and they offer lots of cute styles - just be prepared for a bit of trial and error to find the right fit.”

“I'm so inlove with this gown, it exceeded my expectations. The charcoal grey is incredibly elegant and such a sophisticated color. One piece of advice:take a moment to read the fine print when ordering, because "final sale"doesn't sound cute after you realize you ordered the wrong size. It help me understand the sizing chart, return policy process as well as the shipping timelines. It saved me from any surprises and my shopping experience is stress free. “I was disappointed when the dress I originally wanted for a formal event was out of stock. But the customer service team was so helpful and suggested another option, and I'm honestly so glad I listened. My order arrived within a week. The fit was elegant and it made with such high quality-material. So happy and highly recommended this store.”
