“If there’s negative stars, that’s what I would rate this company. Stay away from this company. Their return or exchange policy is ridiculously unbelievable! It’s a scam! Go somewhere else. This picture shows how I received an almost $400 gown from them. Save yourself a headache, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“The quality was perfect! However I was tricked into believing I would be able to return 1 of 2 dresses ordered to ensure the proper size and fitting and then you will be buckle and dined out of what little refund the will offer you. I read the return policy about store credit and because I can’t prove all conversations like a court of law they do not care. They tried to get me to keep both dresses with a 10% credit towards altering a size too big dress! That would be $30 they know that is a joke as alterations are almost the cost of the dress! They will resell the unused and unopened dress for full price and keep treating customers poorly! I doubt I’ll even use my store credit at this point. So disappointed.”

“Ordered a dress on sale. They processed my order but it didn’t ship out immediately so I emailed them asking them to check on my order. They replied back telling me to wait as it had only been 5 days since I placed my order. Not surprised that my order was refunded because it was out of stock 3 days later… I’ll shop on a different more reliable site to repurchase.”

“Belle Sleeve Chiffon Gown in Blossom Pink - It was the perfect choice for my cousin's garden wedding. Initially, I was worried that the dress might not fit well as I tend to be cautious with online sizing, especially since my event was so close and I needed something reliable. However, the fit was perfect! The shirred waistband provided comfort and flexibility. The delivery process was fast - saved me from last minute stress. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars”

“I tend to be very picky about my wardrobe and I am someone who pays close attention to detail and quality. The glitter detail looks amazing and doesn't feel cheap at all. Every stich was neat and the dress fit was true to the sizing chart. When I realized I enter the wrong address, I contacted their customer support and they quickly fixed it for me. Throughout the delivery process the customer support kept me updated about the status of my order. I was really happy that my dress arrived on time before my wear date - which was a huge relief. Definitely a great shopping experience!”

“Couture Candy has an incredible selection of designers and dresses and made it so easy for me to find the perfect dress for the black tie wedding I attended last weekend! The dress arrived quickly so that I had time to have it altered (shortened) - I loved it and it was absolutely perfect! I will definitely be returning soon for another dress for another black tie wedding I am attending in December!”

“I bought 2 dresses ! Easy to order and prompt delivery! They have a huge selection and all the dresses are beautiful! One dress was perfect but the other was too small or not size right but that is from the designer. I exchanged it but it was costly to do it. Had to pay for sending it back and a restock fee. Cost me about 100$. Wish they had a better return policy. That is why I did not give 5 stars. Customer service was great to lead me through the process!”

“This is absolutely stunning evening gown! As someone who tends to be very careful when ordering online. I took the time to read through a variety of reviews and store policies before placing my order. I realize that some reviews pointing out issues but I believed those concerns could be avoided by taking the time to read and understand the store policies in advance. My experience turned out to be very positive, my package arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed with the gown I received - the quality is outstanding. My first order was a success. I would definitely recommend this store and shop here again.”

“I absolutely love this Cinderella Divine High slit gown. The fabric is smooth, shiny and giving it a sophisticated look. It's comfortable to wear, which is a big plus. I also want to commend Couture Candy store, they have a lot of affordable dresses and also my order arrived in perfect condition. Additionally, I had a question about the return policy before placing my order, their customer support responded quickly and explained everything. Thanks to their excellent assistance.”

“I ordered a dress from couture candy/Terani online and had a very disappointing experience. The item that arrived looked nothing like the photos and the sizing was completely off. The material felt cheap for the price I paid. To make things worse, customer service was unresponsive when I reached out about a return, and I ended up losing both time and money. I would not recommend ordering from here. Please, please do not order from this website.”
