It’s one of those listings where you really have to double-check the written details instead of relying only on the images. Once I confirmed the gold option, that’s exactly what arrived. I had a quick question before ordering and reached out to customer service, and the response came fairly quickly and was easy to understand. After that, the checkout process felt smooth. Shipping didn’t take long, and the dress arrived securely packaged without any issues. The dress itself matched the description, with the lace work as expected, and the sizing chart was helpful in getting the right fit. One important detail is that it’s marked as final sale, so there’s no flexibility with returns or exchanges. Everything was pretty straightforward ✨ Just a reminder to pay close attention to details like color selection and return terms before checking out 💫”

“Buyers Beware! Although this company offers a large selection of attractive dresses, the product images do not always accurately reflect the items customers receive. The dress I ordered looked beautiful online, but the product delivered was of noticeably lower quality and significantly different from what was advertised. I ordered a pink Jovani dress with a specific pattern, but instead received a multicoloured JVN by Jovani dress, which is a completely different product line. Prior to shipment, I specifically contacted the company and asked them to verify the correct dress, size, and colour because I was ordering internationally for a wedding and could not afford the time or expense of a return. They assured me that the correct item would be sent, yet they still shipped the wrong dress. As a result of their mistake, I paid $193 for the dress, $75 for shipping, and approximately $30 in import taxes. Returning the dress would cost me an additional $100 or more. Despite acknowledging that they sent the incorrect item, the company refused to provide a prepaid return label and instead insisted on enforcing their standard return policy. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to absorb these costs when the error was entirely on the company's side. By the time I return the dress, I would have spent more on shipping and taxes than the value of the dress itself. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and unsupportive. Rather than taking responsibility and offering a fair resolution considering the importance of the event, the company chose to rely on its return policy despite admitting its mistake. Before purchasing, I strongly encourage potential buyers to research customer feedback, including BBB complaints and online reviews. Avoid purchasing from this shop if possible as you don't have to experience what I did. This is not a reliable shop. With over BBB 87 complaints and numerous negative reviews, my experience unfortunately appears far from unique. I have made many online purchases over the years, and this has been by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I have attached the dress displayed on the website vs the dress I received.”

“Customer service is good, but the quality of the dress is just basic. It’s glue on beads and sequence. It’s coming off. The tape doesn’t look the greatest but customer service is OK.”

“I ordered a dress and they charged me only to later find out that the dress was out of stock. I was very frustrated that after I choose my dress so carefully was sold out. I logged in to my account and I saw that said sold out. Contacted them, they said that they will have my dress, that not to worry about it. Later I had an email saying that my dress was out of stock. They did refund my money.”

“Be very careful when ordering from couture candy. Worst experience I have ever had when ordering online. They will add a discount code on automatically, without you knowing if you are not paying close attention, which will keep you from returning and receiving a full refund according to their fine print. I will warn every mother of the bride I know and let them know of many other wonderful sites to order dresses from. Look somewhere else! I would give zero stars if possible.”
