If you buy from this company, make sure the dress fits you perfectly because they have a non-negotiable return policy that is beneficial for them and not for you at all. I bought a dress based on their measurements, and the dress did not fit me well when I called to get an EXCHANGE. On the second day of receiving the dress, I was not able to do it at all. I paid 400 bucks for this dress and now I have it in my closet, useless...

Edit-they said they’d give me a whopping 10% rebate if I changed this review to a 4-5!!! Just want to return, they all do this days of stalls and delays, offers counter offers. Scammers

Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. If you buy a product from Couture Candy, make sure you're not planning on returning it because the return policy is the most restrictive we've ever run across. Heaven help you if you need to call and talk to them about it. In our case, we ended up being forced to eat the cost of the product. It was a rather expensive, $450 lesson.

Dealing with this vendor was unbelievably frustrating. Returns were next to impossible and dealing with the so-called support staff was time consuming and difficult. If you have any reservations about doing business with a shady vendor, shop elsewhere.

So Disappointing! I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. Before placing my order, I carefully reviewed the return policy, which clearly stated that returns are not accepted but exchanges are allowed. I ordered a dress for my engagement party and chose size 4, planning to exchange it for size 2 if it didn’t fit. When the dress arrived, it was too big, so I contacted customer service to request an exchange — only to be told it was a final sale item. At no point during the order process was I informed this was a final sale. The representative told me it became a final sale because I used a $13 discount at checkout — this was never mentioned before purchase. This kind of practice feels misleading. If an item is final sale, it should be clearly labeled on the product page and in the receipt. I feel completely let down and will never order from this site again. Be careful — their policy is not as honest as it seems.

Horrible horrible experience! I ordered a gown for an upcoming gala and paid for expedited shipping. They shipped it to the wrong address and in the wrong state. I’ve been calling and emailing for four days and they still won’t give me an update on whether or not I’m getting the gown or a refund! I’ll NEVER shop this website again

This firm is not reputable. Check out their better business bureau rating. Our experience with this company was our worst online shopping experience ever. If you want to avoid getting ripped off, shop elsewhere.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. I ordered a dress from them hoping it would be perfect for me to wear at my daughter's wedding this year. When I called the support number, the Couture Candy representative was very threatening. Instead of allowing me to return the dress, they offered me a one-time courtesy "rebate" of 15% of my purchase price. When I asked to speak to a manager, they tried to intimidate me by withdrawing the offer. I've never been so disgusted with an online retailer in my life. Avoid Couture Candy at all costs.

Don't buy here, if you have a problem with the dress and want to return it you will never get your money back, they will only give you a store credit, buy from reputable stores.

No one expect to spend 600.00 on a dress that has a return window of 5 days. Some people who are at the Mother of the Bride stage of life are retired and therefore travel with their free time. If the Couture Candy dress arrives when you’re out of town you are stuck with it (unless you want to pay a hefty restocking fee in addition to return shipping.). Do yourself a favor and buy dresses at saks, Bloomingdale’s or Macys for the same price point with much, MUCH better customer service and return policies. Would absolutely NOT recommend Couture Candy. In addition, the dress I purchased is the same size and style and designer as another dress I purchased but it didn’t fit. It felt as if it had been altered.

Unless you are 100 percent sure that what you are buying will fit, DONOT buy from this company. I purchased a $565. dress for my daughters wedding, I called and spoke with customer service, I was advised to buy the size that I brought and I was told that I could return it if it did not fit. This company will do whatever they can to not accept returns. They go as far as to say you must have it back within 5 days and you cannot use the post office you may only use fed ex or UPS. Well guess what the price was going to be upwards of $100.00 to return it! They also say you must have pictures of the dress and the box you are sending it in attached to the package. This company is unethical, DON'T use them!

When you purchase product from Couture Candy, you sign an agreement that says you waive your right to return any product within two weeks. After spending hours on the phone with their "customer non-service" representative, I was left holding the bag. They were rude and unprofessional throughout the process. I would never buy a product from this vendor again.

If you're looking to do business with a reputable company, look elsewhere. The website shows a favorability rating of 4.72 out of 5, yet the *real* customer review site has Couture Candy with a rating of 3.4. The truth of it is that the vendor is incredibly difficult to deal with. I tried returning a dress that was not a good fit and after many emails and phone calls, Couture Candy basically told me tough luck. You bought the dress, you're keeping it and we're keeping your money. It's shocking that their better business bureau rating is B. I suspect it should be D.

Buyer Beware! After receiving the dress and trying it on, my wife decided to go a different direction with her attire for my daughter's wedding. She reached out to return the dress and was promptly informed that the return policy was so restrictive that she would have to keep the dress. We paid $440 and all CoutureCandy would do was offer a one-time courtesy credit of 15%. Thanks so much, CoutureCandy, I'll be sure to avoid shopping at your store ever again.

I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping because I needed the dress in 2 weeks. After 5 days, I never received tracking information. I reached out via email and was told the dress was out of stock! It did not state that online when I ordered. Now my event is within a few days and I have no dress! I wish I had ordered from another site. Why do your customers have to reach out before you inform them the dress is not in stock. It should display that that information upon ordering or you should not be allotting pay for express shipping on a dress that is not in stock. I am so disappointed.

Customer service and policies are horrible. They do not care about making their customers happy, definitely recommend ordering off a website that is more reliable. Delivery is also terrible, and if your product comes damaged, like mine did, make sure to call within their business hours and 24 hours of receiving your product or else they will not care and will leave you with a damaged dress. Save your money and time.

This company has predatory and unethical practices. They don’t care about their clients. I recently purchased a $550 dress for my daughter’s wedding and it has discontinued, they claim it is a final sale and I was unable to exchange it . In reality their website, the confirmation or anywhere the final sale clause was written or disclosed . They are deceiving and I have started several legal complaints against it. I urge to do the same. As consumers we should be protected against unethical practices like these .

Make sure you read every word of their return/exchange policy because they strictly adhere to it. I contacted them hours after their 24 hour notification policy about receiving a damaged dress and they refused to exchange. I also would have liked a smaller size, but was told that because it was on sale I could not exchange (their Exchange Policy does not state that dresses in sale can not be exchanged for size reasons). Through several email messages, their communication was so impersonal and robotic.
