“I haven’t received a dress, or a tracking number, or any clear answers on what happened to my order. It’s 5 days past when I purchased the dress. No manager would come to the phone to speak with me. I’m getting the run around about “shipping time and processing rimes” I paid extra $50 for expedited shipping & still nothing. No one can confirm they even gave the dress I purchased, or offering me an alternative. The whole thing has been frustrating and disappointing. I’ll never order from here again. There are low ry if other websites with similar deals. I’m beyond dissatisfied”

“These are not authentic dresses. Shipped from china. The sizing chart is way off. Very disappointed. Ordered a size 8 which has a 30 inch waist according to the Portia Scarlett chart the dress is a 26 inch waist. Called the company to do an exchange, final sale. I have bought Portia and scarlett dresses in the past and always wear a size 8. Something’s not right!!”

“Nightmare! They sent me a dress that did not have the proper color ribbon. When I sent them a photo the tried to tell light pink was silver and that it was just the lighting in their photo. I requested a return which they also refused since the dress was “on sale”. I had to go sell the dress on posh mark and took over a hundred dollar loss. Would never recommend them to anyone!”

“BUYERS BEWARE! Their discounts come at a price, because you can never return their items if discounted. Regular priced items can only get returned for store credit. There is a 25% restock fee if they allow a partial refund, and return shipping must be paid or else their is a 20% restock fee. I purchased a dress from this website in January. The shipping date was sent to me as 5 days from the order date. I paid for 3 day shipping. The company waited to contact the vendor for the dress in which I had to contact the vendor. Upon the vendor sending the dress, they labeled it and allowed it to sit for 2 days. My ship date changed to almost 4 days after the initial ship date. I tried contacting them before it was shipped to cancel, but they don't allow orders to be canceled unless canceled 5 hours after order is placed. Needless to say I didn't receive my dress on time and was stuck within their policy if having to ship it back or receive a 20% late fee. There is also a 25% restock fee, and the customer must pay return shipping. All and all, this storefront is not worth the hassle and will gladly take your money without any way of allowing a refund regardless of their wrong-doing.”

“I would give it a zero but I can’t. So it is a one. The dress recks of chemicals and they refused a return and refund. The sizing was extremely off by 3 in. and still a refusal did return and refund. I’m upset because I thought it would be a simple process. But the dress as many problems. I couldn’t recommend buying from this website.”

“I was sent a dress that had a stain and the zipper did not work. The dress was also too big so I needed to exchange it anyway for a different size. I was told I could return my dress and purchase the new dress in the other size. When I went to repurchase the new size the dress went from $206 to over $600. The company told me the sale was over and refused to honor my original price. I've never dealt with a company that would not honor my original purchase price.”

“THIEVES !!!! BE AWARE. YOU ARE DEALING WITH THIEVES. If there was any negative, I would give -4 Stars. Horrible horrible customer service. More horrible return policy. They literally robbed me. When you return, they give you 1/2 you paid store credit and you have 6 months to use it. If you use your store credit, you cannot return the item. If you don't use your credit in the 6 month period it vanishes (into their pockets).”

“Disappointing Customer Service and Return Experience I purchased a dress from Couture Candy under Order #129729, and unfortunately it did not fit. The dress was too small and would not close in the bust area, something that can only be determined after trying the dress on. I contacted customer service requesting a return and store credit so I could purchase another dress, but the response was very disappointing. The return policy felt rigid and not customer-friendly, especially considering the price of the dress. I was willing to continue shopping with Couture Candy, but the lack of flexibility and support made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company unless you are absolutely certain about sizing.”

“Predatory company. Dress received had different color from picture on website. They WILL NOT accept returns as they do not for discoutned, promo or sale items. As you know in this day and age at checkout you will get discounts autoapplied etc. and thus your item is now not returnable! They say they cannot return items because it isnt "fair" and its makes their business "unsustainable". There are better places to get equivalent dresses/clothing from. Dont use this one. They just want to take your money and do not care about satisfaction and or retaining customers.”

“Do not buy a dress from them. I purchased dress and returned within their 5 day return window. They sent the dress back to me because I was missing the RMA#, I FEDEX it back awain with the RMA # and they wanted to charge me 45%, going back and forth with their heartless customer service staff 10 emails and got nowhere. Thankfully my credit card company helped me. Stay away they are awful.”

“DO NOT BUY Their “return” policy basically means store credit only—no real refunds. Its misleading and not transparent at all. If you’re expecting a simple online-shopping experience, shop elsewhere. It is not worth buying from there, literally any other place is better.”

“If there’s negative stars, that’s what I would rate this company. Stay away from this company. Their return or exchange policy is ridiculously unbelievable! It’s a scam! Go somewhere else. This picture shows how I received an almost $400 gown from them. Save yourself a headache, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“The quality was perfect! However I was tricked into believing I would be able to return 1 of 2 dresses ordered to ensure the proper size and fitting and then you will be buckle and dined out of what little refund the will offer you. I read the return policy about store credit and because I can’t prove all conversations like a court of law they do not care. They tried to get me to keep both dresses with a 10% credit towards altering a size too big dress! That would be $30 they know that is a joke as alterations are almost the cost of the dress! They will resell the unused and unopened dress for full price and keep treating customers poorly! I doubt I’ll even use my store credit at this point. So disappointed.”
