STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEMS. I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND ORDERED A BEAUTIFUL DRESS. THE SIZING WAS OFF AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME GET AN EXCHANGE. I WAS TOLD BECAUSE THE DRESS I BOUGHT IS ON SALE I CANNOT EXCHANGE. I AM NOT ASKING FOR REFUND WHICH I READ THEY DONT DO. JUST ASKING FOR AN EXCHANGE AND THEY REFUSED!! NOW I AM STUCK WITH A DRESS I CANT USE. VERY SAD. OBVIOUSLY CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS!! STAY AWAY!!PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Don’t purchase anything from Couture Candy. This Company practices deceptive and unethical business practices. I purchased a dress on 11/12/24 for an event on 11/24/24. I am still waiting for the dress.. They took 7 days to ship the dress (not 48-72 hours are stated in the order). They don’t and we calls. Terrible Company!

Honestly I’m 51 years old and a great shopper - never had a worse return policy/procedure - got stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit and had to LITERALLY jump through hoops to return the other dresses I purchased. Would NEVER recommend this backwoods, ridiculous website to anyone. Boo 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This company is running a scam. I ordered a backup wedding dress with rush delivery requested. The company waited a day, then asked me to confirm my order before they would pack it up and ship it...at this point, there was no way it would make it on time. I asked to cancel, and at that point they said their cancellation fee applied because I hadn't canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. So essentially they forced a situation where I couldn't get my order timely, and kept a good portion of an expensive item. I'm an attorney and will be pursuing legal action. Don't buy from this company, but if you have and got scammed, please consider doing the same, and reporting this scam to the district attorney's office, since it's both a civil and criminal violation.

I purchased 2 of the exact same dresses for my daughter's wedding so I could get the size correct. I kept one of them and returned the other. I was not offered a cashback return, only store credit, and the credit must be used within 6 months. Not many people need to purchase formal dresses 6 months apart from each other. Read the fine print! I am now out $297.00. One other note the dress is so, so long- I had to have it tailored to floor length by having about 12 inches taken off the bottom.

The size is not accurate, I ordered 2 of the same dresses and lost over $960 because the return policy is only 5 days, and the other dress size did not change that I requested. Really y'all come on....

Your merchandise is nice but your return / credit policies are unfair and awful ! I had to jump through hoops with the page long return instructions, signature required, photos required of the dress and shipping label, insurance , pay for the shipping and then you have the nerve to deduct over 40 dollars for what? Stocking fee? You cost me over 60 dollars just so I can exchange sizes. Never will I shop or recommend your site.

You guys are a wicked, conning, calculated company, your business should've been shutdown. Your return policy is a way of ripping people off. My first rodeo was very similar to other customers that bought your expensive clothing. I purchased your dress, had it the mail next the day, mind you, you've to pay for your own postage. Once they receive the item and inspected it, now, I find out for an almost 400.00 dollar purchase, I could only get a store credit, which was for 360.00, and only to find out after making a purchase with the store credit, I am now stuck with a jumpsuit that doesn't fit. Now, it can't be returned because it was purchased on a store credit for a previous return,even though it's brand new. This is beyond sad when both items were in mint condition, tag still attached. Again, I am stuck with a jumpsuit that doesn't fit. And also, your return policy is very misleading, deceiving, and you don't get the clear picture of the policy until a return is done. If there are any true Christians working at this business, you need to find a new job ASAP, and if you know of this return policy, shame on you, because this is straight out robbery. I am about to call the company, not that they'll change their policy for me, but just to let them know, we all reap what we sow. Warning: Please go elsewhere, unless you have it like that, because I don't!

DO NOT BUY FROM COUTURE CANDY !! They are so unethical. Their quality and price and return policy is horrible. I bought a dress from them and I returned it right away after I received it, to its misrepresentation and they told me they can not credit me back to my credit card. They only give store credit. So I agreed, I found out that they credited me much less than I paid for. I explained the reason why I had to return the dress. Only because their online description was wrong. BE AWARE !! They are a scam !!!

I would give a negative star to these scan artists if I could. I'm out $1200 CAD. Every email has some excuse and my package never arrived, they blame me for "refusing package" because my event has now passed. Now issued a credit for a fraction of what I paid for the dress. Stay away from this retailer they are CROOKS! Save your money and go to a more reputable store. Thier phone number doesn't even work from Canada

Everything went wrong . Didn’t end up wearing the dresses ordered and returned within the allowed time line , they gave me 60 percent credit of the purchase, now they are saying that the credit has expired, so I’m out 1200 for buying smth on the wrong website . Never will buy anything from them and I hope other people will learn from my mistake.
