Worst customer service ever. I spoke at length with the associate by phone regarding a problem with my order. The representative was rude and unprofessional. I would not shop here again.

Unless you are 100 percent sure that what you are buying will fit, DONOT buy from this company. I purchased a $565. dress for my daughters wedding, I called and spoke with customer service, I was advised to buy the size that I brought and I was told that I could return it if it did not fit. This company will do whatever they can to not accept returns. They go as far as to say you must have it back within 5 days and you cannot use the post office you may only use fed ex or UPS. Well guess what the price was going to be upwards of $100.00 to return it! They also say you must have pictures of the dress and the box you are sending it in attached to the package. This company is unethical, DON'T use them!

When you purchase product from Couture Candy, you sign an agreement that says you waive your right to return any product within two weeks. After spending hours on the phone with their "customer non-service" representative, I was left holding the bag. They were rude and unprofessional throughout the process. I would never buy a product from this vendor again.

If you're looking to do business with a reputable company, look elsewhere. The website shows a favorability rating of 4.72 out of 5, yet the *real* customer review site has Couture Candy with a rating of 3.4. The truth of it is that the vendor is incredibly difficult to deal with. I tried returning a dress that was not a good fit and after many emails and phone calls, Couture Candy basically told me tough luck. You bought the dress, you're keeping it and we're keeping your money. It's shocking that their better business bureau rating is B. I suspect it should be D.

Buyer Beware! After receiving the dress and trying it on, my wife decided to go a different direction with her attire for my daughter's wedding. She reached out to return the dress and was promptly informed that the return policy was so restrictive that she would have to keep the dress. We paid $440 and all CoutureCandy would do was offer a one-time courtesy credit of 15%. Thanks so much, CoutureCandy, I'll be sure to avoid shopping at your store ever again.

I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping because I needed the dress in 2 weeks. After 5 days, I never received tracking information. I reached out via email and was told the dress was out of stock! It did not state that online when I ordered. Now my event is within a few days and I have no dress! I wish I had ordered from another site. Why do your customers have to reach out before you inform them the dress is not in stock. It should display that that information upon ordering or you should not be allotting pay for express shipping on a dress that is not in stock. I am so disappointed.

Customer service and policies are horrible. They do not care about making their customers happy, definitely recommend ordering off a website that is more reliable. Delivery is also terrible, and if your product comes damaged, like mine did, make sure to call within their business hours and 24 hours of receiving your product or else they will not care and will leave you with a damaged dress. Save your money and time.

This company has predatory and unethical practices. They don’t care about their clients. I recently purchased a $550 dress for my daughter’s wedding and it has discontinued, they claim it is a final sale and I was unable to exchange it . In reality their website, the confirmation or anywhere the final sale clause was written or disclosed . They are deceiving and I have started several legal complaints against it. I urge to do the same. As consumers we should be protected against unethical practices like these .

Make sure you read every word of their return/exchange policy because they strictly adhere to it. I contacted them hours after their 24 hour notification policy about receiving a damaged dress and they refused to exchange. I also would have liked a smaller size, but was told that because it was on sale I could not exchange (their Exchange Policy does not state that dresses in sale can not be exchanged for size reasons). Through several email messages, their communication was so impersonal and robotic.

The dress I ordered is beautiful, but unfortunately is a size too big. I learned when calling to exchange for correct size that since it was on sale, it is not returnable or exchangeable ... even though they have the correct size available and I am willing to pay for the postage to return the dress. At no time do I recall seeing any warnings that sale items were not exchangeable when I purchased the dress. I would never order from CoutureCandy again.

Run away!!! The company is a total rip off. I’ve lost over $700 dealing with this company.They do not issue refunds to the original form of payment and if you reorder using the credit, the new order becomes a final sale and it can not be returned or exchanged... Be careful with all the fine print. The sizing chart is a fraud and you will lose your money if your dress does not fit properly or if you’re not happy with the overall purchase.

I feel like I totally got scammed. I bought two dresses that did not fit. When I called to get information on returning them , I was told that one of them went on sale and was not returnable. Well now is t that convenient a $900 dress goes on sale right after it was purchased. They have all the right words regarding what you signed at time of purchase. They made money off of me. Total scam!!!!

I had purchased a dress and had to return because the color was not good for my skin tone. I paid the restock fee and ordered another dress with my credit that was on sale (2 choices of color were given). I received an e-mail saying my order was processed. After not receiving a tracking e-mail I called only to be told that the dress is no longer available! So if a place a dress in a cart and receive an e-mail stating order was processed, what happened to my dress? When I went back on-line I saw that the same dress is now available in the other color that had been offered only at full price. So why not honor it by offering me the color that is available? And what kind of false advertisement is that? Very poor customer service especially when it was Couture's fault.

Buyer beware!!! Do NOT buy from this store!!! I paid for $35 for 3 day shipping, it arrived a week later. The store informed me that it takes up to 3 days to process. They claim it’s visible on their website but I assure you it’s not. They would not accept a return stating dress was on sale. Website did not say final sale. Their return policy is that a dress must be returned within 5 days of receipt. So it takes them a week, weeks, or months to ship a dress but it has to be returned within five days? Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. When everything is in fine print you know they are running a scam.

Don't buy because you will lose your money. The company talks about a return RMA that they never send you and they put all kinds of obstacles to generate it (I asked for it from the beginning over and over again), I never received the money back. I lost $650 USD. Don't buy, because you will lose your money. First. all the google review are fake. I returned a $900 dress the same day I received it in its original condition since it did not meet my expectations. When I check on my return shipping track that they had received the parcel back, I started asking for my refund, but they were told me for around almost 4 weeks !! that the dress was under "inspection" and have to wait for my refund. When I claimed that it was legally a time for my refund to be processed because more than 14 days had passed, they offered me a 50 % refund just in a credit store gift card. Of course, I was shocked and my answer was absolutely no! Immediately I contacted my bank to stop this fraudulent on line purchase. But since Culture candy claimed that I supposedly "signed in consent" (which I never saw on my purchase receipt and is not there!), that they were going to steal half of my money for no reason the bank told me that they didn't want to return the money an that I have to file a small claim court. I am taking legal action now because this is a well-organized scam!!. You will never get your money back for any refund! My recommendation is to AVOID buying from this place at all costs. And if anyone here wants to join a lawsuit, I will gladly provide my contact information. This is illegal and constitutes a large-scale coordinated fraud. Stealing money for good faith customers.

Customer service means nothing to this company. I order a dress on sale and wanted to exchange for a different size. I was told that that they cannot return or exchange base on their “”return policy.””I do understand company has policies that they have to follow. In my particular case please explain to me where is the loss to this company financially. Although I understand their policy, I AM NOT ASKING FOR A Refund OR STORE CREDIT. I just want a size exchange. This company completely refused to do this. After reading my negative review , they offered me 10% back on my purchase if I change my review to 4-5 stars. What a joke! What is 10% refund going to do for me??? I’m still stuck with a dress I cannot use!! Please stay away from companies like this. I wonder how many of their great reviews on their site is genuine. STAY AWAY. You might want to consider promgirl for dresses. They have some of the same dresses and their refund policy is reasonable for online shoppers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEMS. I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND ORDERED A BEAUTIFUL DRESS. THE SIZING WAS OFF AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME GET AN EXCHANGE. I WAS TOLD BECAUSE THE DRESS I BOUGHT IS ON SALE I CANNOT EXCHANGE. I AM NOT ASKING FOR REFUND WHICH I READ THEY DONT DO. JUST ASKING FOR AN EXCHANGE AND THEY REFUSED!! NOW I AM STUCK WITH A DRESS I CANT USE. VERY SAD. OBVIOUSLY CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN. JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS!!
