“This review is on the quality of the dress we purchased, not the experience with Contour Candy. We purchased a dress made by Portia and Scarlett. We saw the dress last year at a boutique but decided not to get it, it was beautiful. This year my daughter wanted it for prom, the local boutique no longer had it. We purchased the exact same dress with the same Dress ID number from Conture Candy. The dress we received looks very cheaply made with only half the bedazzle as the dress we saw in the boutique and the price was exactly the same. My daughter is crushed and unfortunately it’s too late to order another. When I saw the dress shipping from China, I should have known something was wrong!! We are so upset about the quality and looks of this dress for the price we paid when we know how it should look!! Unfortunately pictures would not upload of the dress on this site. Update. Customer Service did reach out to us in reference to our concerns and offered solutions to improve our experience. We are very appreciative of them understanding our concerns and addressing them in a timely manner. Thank you!”

“Gorgeous dress, unfortunately though I ordered my usual size, it didn’t fit and had to return. Make sure to thoroughly read the return policy.”

“I love the dress. And the color is beautiful. The only issue is sizing. The dress runs small. So make sure you size up at least one size. The dress is very long. So any tall ladies this dress is great.”

“I bought 2 dresses ! Easy to order and prompt delivery! They have a huge selection and all the dresses are beautiful! One dress was perfect but the other was too small or not size right but that is from the designer. I exchanged it but it was costly to do it. Had to pay for sending it back and a restock fee. Cost me about 100$. Wish they had a better return policy. That is why I did not give 5 stars. Customer service was great to lead me through the process!”

“I love the dress. Looks just like on the website. The delivery was fast. The only problem was, when I tried on (the dress has cape like sleeves, that hold on the shoulder by elastic band) the elastic band on my right shoulder snapped. That added to costs of alternations of the dress. Other than that I’m very happy with it, the sizing was accurate. I’m between size 2 and 4, but I went by their website and order size 8. Fits like glove.”

“The dress was GORGEOUS and well made. The color was not what expected. The size was off. Check the sizing chart and return policy before purchasing. I wish they had a physical site to shop in. They did make it right for me. Nancy L”
