I’ve previously had fantastic experiences with Couture Candy, which makes this situation all the more disappointing. I paid extra—$32–$35—for expedited three-day shipping because I needed the dress by a specific date. My order was placed on 6/14. It’s now 6/21, and not only has it not arrived, but UPS also confirmed they haven’t even received the item. When I called for an update, I was told it was processed and ready to ship—yet there has been zero movement. If expedited shipping isn’t actually an option, it should not be offered at checkout. This dress was meant for a wedding. I had to scramble for an alternative, and now I’m left with a $500 item I can’t use. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s a letdown from a company I used to trust.
