I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping because I needed the dress in 2 weeks. After 5 days, I never received tracking information. I reached out via email and was told the dress was out of stock! It did not state that online when I ordered. Now my event is within a few days and I have no dress! I wish I had ordered from another site. Why do your customers have to reach out before you inform them the dress is not in stock. It should display that that information upon ordering or you should not be allotting pay for express shipping on a dress that is not in stock. I am so disappointed.
