“omggg i sooo love this dress!!! 😭💙 the opal blue color is just wow… super elegant and kinda dreamy vibes ✨✨ the strapless design fits really nice even tho i ordered a bigger size than usual (was scared it wont fit but it’s actually perfect!!!) the beads details are sooo pretty and shiny without being too much, and the fitted bodice really shapes the body well 😍 the high slit is a bit daring but like… in a good way 😉 makes me feel confident lol!! also the lace-up tie at the back helps adjust it better, which i didnt expect but really liked!! fabric feels nice and not cheap at all, floor length is just right for formal events 💃 price is affordable too which honestly surprised me, and the store has sooo many options to choose from!!! like seriously a wide selection of brands and styles 😩 overall super happy with this purchase!!! def deserves 5 stars!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ will order again for sure!!! 💕”

“I decided to order this gown from overseas as a gift, looking for something elegant and meaningful for the occasion. The selection made the process enjoyable, with plenty of styles available, so it was easy to find something that felt just right. Even though it was a final sale item, the quality exceeded expectations. The gown arrived looking refined and beautifully made, exactly as pictured. I was also impressed with the shipping—despite being an international order, it arrived right on schedule, which was important since it was intended as a gift. It’s a good idea to review the return policy in advance for international orders. From browsing to delivery, the overall experience was smooth and straightforward. For international orders, it’s worth noting that shipping fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The gown fit my friend perfectly and looked even better in person.”

“The gown was offer at a competitive price.. and the price match option add more value to the purchase. Delivery was very fast and item arrive in good condition!! Fit was generally ok, though slight alteration was needed for better finish. Customer service was proactive and keep me updated through out the process... which was helpful. The experience was satisfactory after receiving the gown. Store is recommended for pricing, service and overall buying experience. Fabric quality was as described and match expectations from listing. Communication from seller was consistent and helpful all along order.. Packaging was neat and gown arrive safely with no issue..”

“I had a very bad experience ordering dress and was not able to return it the dress does not fit runs super small and costumer service was repeating same story that dress is reduced price and not eligible for return , when I ordered the dress I have not seen the message about final sale even if it’s mistake on my end I believe it should be accommodations like a store credit etc besides there no one to talk like admin who can help to address my concerns costumer service repeats same information like robots over and over again and not willing to work with me I will never ever order a dress from candy couture and will never recommend anyone to buy a dress from them the dresses are expensive and return policy is HORRIBLE If you don’t want to lose your hard earned money do not buy from candy couture !!!!!’”

It’s one of those listings where you really have to double-check the written details instead of relying only on the images. Once I confirmed the gold option, that’s exactly what arrived. I had a quick question before ordering and reached out to customer service, and the response came fairly quickly and was easy to understand. After that, the checkout process felt smooth. Shipping didn’t take long, and the dress arrived securely packaged without any issues. “Buyers Beware! Although this company offers a large selection of attractive dresses, the product images do not always accurately reflect the items customers receive. The dress I ordered looked beautiful online, but the product delivered was of noticeably lower quality and significantly different from what was advertised. I ordered a pink Jovani dress with a specific pattern, but instead received a multicoloured JVN by Jovani dress, which is a completely different product line. Prior to shipment, I specifically contacted the company and asked them to verify the correct dress, size, and colour because I was ordering internationally for a wedding and could not afford the time or expense of a return. They assured me that the correct item would be sent, yet they still shipped the wrong dress. As a result of their mistake, I paid $193 for the dress, $75 for shipping, and approximately $30 in import taxes. Returning the dress would cost me an additional $100 or more. Despite acknowledging that they sent the incorrect item, the company refused to provide a prepaid return label and instead insisted on enforcing their standard return policy. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to absorb these costs when the error was entirely on the company's side. By the time I return the dress, I would have spent more on shipping and taxes than the value of the dress itself. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and unsupportive. Rather than taking responsibility and offering a fair resolution considering the importance of the event, the company chose to rely on its return policy despite admitting its mistake. Before purchasing, I strongly encourage potential buyers to research customer feedback, including BBB complaints and online reviews. Avoid purchasing from this shop if possible as you don't have to experience what I did. This is not a reliable shop. With over BBB 87 complaints and numerous negative reviews, my experience unfortunately appears far from unique. I have made many online purchases over the years, and this has been by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I have attached the dress displayed on the website vs the dress I received.”
