The customer service was great! The agent . Chad, actually reached out and called me to let me know my options I was able to cancel gown and order a new one relatively easy. I appreciate all the work that Couture Candy put in to making my purchase seamless.. I ordered more than one outfit that day!! Many more to come as I am competing in a national pageant next year
