My experience with you have been bitter sweet. Website was easy to navigate and shipping was fast. Hence, Measurements chart does not align with the product. I ordered based on the measurement chart and the dress was far from fitting me. Also, customer service is terrible. I've reached because I wanted to know the status of my order and never got an answer. I reached again to exchange the dress because I still want it in a bigger size and never got an answer either. I would like someone from customer care department to reach me.
