I have been driven to tears by Arif Khalifa, he doesn't read any detail nor does he listen. He is obsessed with not paying our claim.
We had a Chimney fire nearly two weeks ago and we have had no help or support. We really didn't need this on top of the upset of the fire.
Stay well clear of this company, we had never heard of them, but Insure 4 Retirement had put us with them.
Absolutely horrendous.
