Terrible company. The surveyor they sent made a misleading and inaccurate assessment of some water damage and therefore they would not acknowledge that I may have a valid claim. Absolutely refused to reassess the situation saying I had no claim. Extremely unfair and stressful.
I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
