This company is not worth doing business with. They take your money and keep it! I pre-checked whether I could claim for my dogs operation and was told that I could. After weeks of deliberation on their behalf they then refused the claim! Their service staff are clearly unable to understand their policies when providing advice. I would never recommend or use this company. Save your money and go elsewhere.
