Covea have taken over claims handling on my policy with Puffin Pets. Previous handlers have paid on my continuity claim for my dog with no quibbles. Covea have pulled the pre existing card. Despite letters from my vets, phone calls, e mails, further chases from my vets they are not responding. Disgusting behaviour and totally unethical. I am dealing with a sick animal that is declining by the day and I am laying out thousands on her care not knowing if I will get any of it back. She had this condition when they took the policy handling over and they doubled the premium this year presumably based on this but don't actually want to pay on the condition.
