Bunch of clueless, inept clowns.
Asked me “Please can you provide us with a valid policy number.” The policy number was in the title of the email which THEY sent.
Told me “We haven't heard back from your vet yet with the extra information we asked for.” The information had been sent two days earlier.
Told me “We can’t pay your claim.” Fortunately, no thanks to them, my claim was paid out shortly afterwards.
Having to deal with these guys is the last thing you need when grieving due to the loss of your pet.
