I usually write positive reviews and not negative ones, but I feel customers need to know this. I should have read the fine print about their refund policy.... which is... THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY unless it is an error they made or manufacturing defect. This ended up being my $800 mistake. Now i have a product that I can't use on my boat. That isn't the worst part from my perspective though. It is the fact that there was absolutely no effort for them to help me out. i would have paid for shipping.. or even a 50% refund, then I would have purchased the correct cover for my boat. With that it really is unfortunate. As i did the best I could by looking up what my boat was and what top came on it. Granted, in hind site i should have removed the bimini top and measured it. Live and Learn... but unless you are absolutely 100% sure you know what you need to order, I would not suggest going through Cover World because you will be stuck with whatever you purchase with no options on returns!
