I sent an email on 17 Sep 2025. I have used your website's Contact Us online form. None have been answered. The question below asks how quickly the company replied to my inquiry doesn't have an option that says Still Waiting after three weeks. All I want is what was promised. It doesn't matter how good your product may be if your customer service sucks. My next correspondence will be to the BBB.
