PLEASE AVOID THESE DESPICABLE SCAMMERS.. I TRULY REGRET THE DAY I ALLOWED THIS COMPANY SALES REPRESENTATIVE CONVINCED ME TO SIGN UP. There should really be a negative star option instead of 1 star. This company is so despicable, dishonest, deceitful, deceptive, wicked, immoral and unscrupulous in their conduct they do not deserve any stars, Their Sales representatives are well trained in convincing you to sign up to their Kitchen Appliance Insurance. I was very transparent from the very beginning and thus I informed them of the age of my appliances (which I was assured was not any issue). 7 months later my Washing Machine broke down, when I called them my nightmare began, they interrogate you and are clearly trained to make the claim process painful and wilfully grievous. They were prompt in demanding my payment of a excess fee of £25 (which was actually £15 when I 1st signed up but according to them they had their 1st excess fee increased from £15 to £25 which they claimed was "the 1st in over 6 years). I was expecting a call to agree a Plumber attendance appointment, instead I received a call several hours later informing me that due to the age of my appliance they have concluded that it is beyond economical repair ad thus will not be coming out to repair my washing machine. It's been excruciating trying to get any decent service from these professional robbers. Although there was clothes stuck in my machine they did not come out to fix it. When I contacted them to request for the refund of my £25 excess fee (since they did not offer any assistance at all and did not attend to fix the equipment I insured with them) they had the audacity to tell me that they do not owe me the refund. ****PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY...I HAD REFERRED MY SISTER TO THEM WHEN I 1ST SIGNED UP, HOWEVER AFTER THEIR GROSS CONDUCT I IMMEDIATELY CALLED HER AND ENCOURAGED HER TO TERMINATE HER SERVICE WITH THEM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THEY WILL PROVOKE YOU TO FRUSTRATION AND CAUSE YOU UNDUE STRESS. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AND TRADING STANDARD AUTHORITIES.****
