Awlful service, been a customer for over 2 years. Wouldn't repair my washing machine. Said it was accidental. A bra wire had got stuck in the drum. The representative then was quite rude telling me how to do my washing. If it was a bra wire then I'd be charged the engineer fee? I cancelled there and then over the phone. Cancelled my direct debit. Now they are saying I still need to carry on paying?? Awlful company. It was a bra wire that came out in less than 10 seconds , I used an independent firm didn't even have to get his tools out and only charged me £20. I would recommend NOT to use covertxt.
