When boiler stopped working in winter. phoned covertxtfor help their first question was when was it last serviced couldn’t remember was told couldn’t help me. Had to pay a £25 exit fee to leave this company, avoid at all cost stick to the the bigger company’s little bit more expensive but u do get the service.
