What a knight mare. Could not get items repaired due to age. Didn’t mention that when they took me on. Then don’t want to pay out the small amount they allow you due to depreciation. Started my claim January. Still ongoing 9 months later. Just an absolute joke. Dead money. And they have not a clue what there doing your on hold all the time as they have to speak to another person. How do they manage to run a business. Please don’t have the stress this company has caused me.
