This is the worst company by fair I have ever dealt with. Incompetent engineers-can’t fix the root cause and you wait at least 2 weeks for an engineer to finally show, the customer service manager Karen is rude and does not do anything to work with the customer. Ended up buying new appliance and having to pay hundreds to cancel with this company. Not a good company!
