I used the CoverTec in my basement- about 1,600 sf of newly installed Porcelain tile. Wood grain plank with a Matte finish. Before using the sealer the tile looked OK but was dull and felt chalky when walked on. After the sealer was applied, it brought out the rich color of the floor and looked amazing!! Also much easier to clean and for whatever reason the floor felt softer to walk on. Would definitely recommend the product.
