For people who are posting here that you are not getting your money back, keep FIGHTING for it! It took me over 4 months to get my money back. They kept the dress I returned to them and they were not refunding me. So they were basically stealing. My CC wasn't as helpful as they could have been. I had a lot of documentation and I also reported it to the Attorney General. This company is so fraudulent.
