“Okay, I was fully prepared to write a stressed out review but Coveti completely turned it around! I had a major dress emergency right before my flight to Dallas for my best friend's wedding. I was stressed to say the least. But the customer service team stepped in and worked absolute magic to get the dress to me before I left. Big thanks to Maha from the care team My Zuhair Murad dress was a total dream felow from Lebanon in no time and I got so many sweet compliments on it all night. Huge shoutout to the Coveti team for being so human so fast and saving the weekend. You guys are the best!”

“A scam!. They didn’t have the item I ordered and never refunded me! Over $600 stolen! After emailing them for my refund multiple times, they ended up ghosting me after basically admitting to being a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

“Stay away from this website since it is a scam. I bought a skirt and then gotten an email from them that "the price went up" b/c they actually didn't have it but "sourced" it from somewhere else. It's been over two months and I haven't gotten the refund and probably never will...”

“Way too difficult to reach customer service. I had to request a return label four times. And now they are asking for photos to show the garment when I requested the return. Label the SAME DAY THE item was deleivred! Frustrating and ridiculious”

“Horrible customer service. Tried to cancel an order almost immediately after placing it and stated that I hadn't even gotten a confirmation email yet, never got a response to that email. Then once I finally got a response after replying to the confirmation email, I was told multiple times that they couldn't cancel it because it was processing even after I showed proof of the unanswered email I sent asking to cancel before I even got the confirmation, so surely it hadn't started processing then. They never acknowledged that proof or answered my questions on why they couldn't just not send it if it hadn't shipped and wasn't fully processed yet, and if I would have to send it back. Instead I got the shipping confirmation email and was given the same response, so after finally getting fed up I stated that if I had to send it back, especially if I had to pay to send it back, then I wouldn't do so without getting a full refund, they never replied... This happened over multiple days by the way, they had so much time and so many opportunities to cancel it. So when I received the order I just decided to keep it because I'm not sure I even want to try to deal with them again, I'd probably get ignored again...”
