“For people who are posting here that you are not getting your money back, keep FIGHTING for it! It took me over 4 months to get my money back. They kept the dress I returned to them and they were not refunding me. So they were basically stealing. My CC wasn't as helpful as they could have been. I had a lot of documentation and I also reported it to the Attorney General. This company is so fraudulent.”

“BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a dress for £334 from them, they admitted they didn’t have the size 14 and offered me an 8 which I obviously declined. They still won’t refund my money or respond to my emails”

“I would give them ZERO stars. They took my dress back and HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME. This has been going on since OCTOBER 2023. This is not a CREDIBLE Company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

“This is an illegal website. I bought a dress tried to return it and couldn't. They finally sent me a shipping label and I sent it to them and I STILL HAVE NOT Recieved my REFUND.”

“I wish I could give this company zero stars. Do not buy from them if there is any risk of return. I returned an item within the 14 days- they emailed the shipping label and even scheduled DHL to come pick up the item. Based on DHL tracking the item arrived to the return location and months go by still no refund. I emailed and messaged the company dozens of times, nothing..just "we'll look into it" and then ghosted. They have no number to contact via phone. I tried to dispute with the bank and because so many months went by they were not able to help.”

“They simply do not respond to return request for an item they delivered weeks after the original purchase. Do not trust them.”
