I bought a dress for $1400 and it arrived with a 2 inch tear. It was hard to notice at first because of the elaborate design. They said I was out of the return time frame and it was only 5 days. Online it says 2 weeks. How do you return something from US to UK in 2 weeks? Now they say that they will look at footage from the warehouse. I have sent more emails and have heard nothing back. Will now go to my credit card company and challenge. Stay away!
