Similar to lots of others here - products look great, but non-existent customer service. Placed order 2 months ago - chased up twice and just get an automated email back a few days later. They've closed the helpline so there's no way to find out where the order is (tracking details they send don't work).
If it wasn't for the slick website I'd suggest this company is a sham - don't know what's going on with them, but would definitely recommend never dealing with them. Plenty of other places out there who can offer what you need.
