So fed up-ordered 2 ( TWO) prelit Olive Trees end of October to go on either side of patio doors and ONE has arrived and not the other.Unable to get hold of COX and COX-The phone says they are only taking email questions and did that last week-still no reply.They are now out of stock and a HUGE FEAR that I will never get the second one.So fed up with such poor customer service in the last month but yet still pushing the sales -How do I get a response from them?
