After numerous updates from them, on 15th December, an email arrives saying my post is still delayed, I'll have my Christmas decorations next May - 2022 at the earliest - total scam! Phone lines are on answer machine only Emails unanswered - auto response email says don't email again or you got to the bottom of the queue! Ability to contact company zilch! Boris could deliver it quicker if he cycled to China on a Boris Bike and collected it personally. I do not believe the postal delays at Cox & Cox are real. Have contacted my credit card for a refund Very disappointing knowing I was going to be hospitalised and couldn't put a tree up for my kids this year, so I bought simple but expensive alternatives. It's December 15th I'm just out of hospital, kids home and not a bauble in sight. Cox & Cox the Christmas Grinch AVOID at all costs!
