I am having the same problem with company as the latest reviews show.
Goods ordered in November now not arriving until after Christmas.
Told this by automatic email and customer service telephone lines closed so that they can deal with emails!
They have had my money since 14th November and I have now cancelled my order.( hopefully have an email acknowledgment of this fact).
Dreadful customer service.
