Ordered an outdoor pre lit Christmas tree, once assembled discovered it was broken.
Emailed and they said courier would pick it up, courier did not turn up.
Emailed again, they apologised and sent courier again, courier did not turn up again.
Have emailed again and am now waiting for same false promise.
They still have my £100 and Christmas is long gone.
Do not buy from these liars. Their products are shoddy snd customer service non existent.
I’ll be contacting my bank and trading standards to get my money back and hopefully closed down.
