I ordered an item from them which was supposedly in stock. Months later it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted them by phone and waiting for over an hour - no response. I emailed them - no response and so I had to chase. Eventually I was told the item would be dispatched. It was and it arrived damaged. I have emailed pictures asking for a refund. Still no response. Avoid at all costs - there are much better companies out there that deliver great customer service
