Ordered a fireguard. Wrong colour was sent. Rang to be told no phone lines were open to "improve customer service " and to email. Sent three or four emails over 3 weeks, tried ringing-not a single response. Rang again, phone lines apparently open- on hold for 40 mins, asked by customer services to take a photo of item and send via email and await callback within 5-10 minutes. Call never came. Angry and disappointed at such poor customer service and will raise matter with credit card company as assume I'm wasting my time with Cox and Cox.
Update. Hopefully have finally been helped with a replacement order but remains to be seen.
Update. They unbelievably sent me the wrong colour fireguard again!! Awful awful service. Absolutely useless and I will never buy anything from them again and will go out of my way to advise others from doing so.
