Ordered a mirror on 16/1 payment was taken immediately. Delivery of item on website said 3-5 days. After 7 days I emailed customer services to enquire whereabouts of my order- no response. 4 days later I’ve tried calling them twice and again no response! Have just read reviews from other customers and it seems I am not alone in this experience. Disgraceful way to run a business, if indeed it is a business at all?! I paid on debit card so have today called my bank and asked them to refund my money and take it up with cox directly - which they have agreed to do. I suggest other dissatisfied customers do the same.
