Still waiting for an order I placed 2 weeks ago which is only for small home decor items! The status of the order has not changed since the day I placed it. This company produces glossy magazines and make you believe you are purchasing from a highly respectable and efficient company.
Wrong! They charge high delivery charges, take your money immediately and can't be bothered to send your purchases to you in a reasonable time. When you call customer services, they do nothing to help, just make excuses.
What a total inefficient way to run a company. Dreadful!
