Cox and cox have just sent an apology letter with a discount code. Saying they understand the issues customers experience over Christmas. If this is true why did it take till February to send a sorry letter? In fact we are still waiting for the Christmas preset that was ordered through them and during all this time we've received 1 email in JANUARY. No one took our calls before and over Christmas but they took our money. And I see that nearly everything on their website is pre order for delivery in March or April.. you'd be lucky. Appalling service, Appalling customer care. Don't order.
