- Delivery time delayed by almost a year
- Item arrived different sizes to what website said
- cox and cox refusing to give me my money back on the item. they have also not said if there is a reason as to why they're not refunding me.... they've simply just ignored my daily emails (2 months ive been waiting for this refund), and said they're looking into it. TWO MONTHS LATER. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?!
Never buy anything from this website. They've actually made me cry on multiple occasions because of how incompetent they are
