Abysmal customer service! I'm not sure if Jenna is a bot, or perhaps just very poorly trained, but she seems to have a couple of email templates which she sends out on repeat which bear no relevance to your queries.
No notification of delayed dispatch. Incorrect delivery information given and when they do eventually send you a tracking number, you have to guess the courier!
Unless you have the time to sit and wait for deliveries which never turn up, I really wouldn't bother.
