If I could give zero stars and still write a review, I would. Do not do business with this company, under any circumstances. I ordered a pet bed and my husband ordered two more . We were informed that they had shipped but were unable to find any information on the pathetic Shop app. That was over a month ago. I guess they are being transported by donkey. I think this is absolutely a scam and I doubt that there is any hope of a refund. Do NOT trust this company!!!
They will not respond to communication at all, so stay away!!!
