I ordered a dog bed on the 14th of July, and it supposedly shipped the 16th. It is now the 11th of August, and still haven't recieved it. Sent two emails, and got no response. This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. It's a -5 rating from me. I will tell all my family and friends to never order from them. Really disgusted, as I'm on social security, and really cant afford to lose that money.
