Within a couple of days of contacting C.P.Jefferies about my shower which was no longer working, I was visited and knew that it needed to be replaced. Within a week it was replaced. The engineer was very professional and explained things well. He worked quietly -- just got on with the job. I found communications with Jefferies were excellent. Altogether it was a very good experience.
