A dispute was raised in August 2021 following the failure of CP Jefferies to replace a part at the previous annual service and which has since reasonably led to the failure of other parts.
The MD claims he did not need to replace the part - going against manufacturer guidelines - because he can check if the part is worn.
When pointed out the part is a 'sealed unit' and asked to explain how he can check if it is worn, the MD has fallen silent.
Most unprofessional and evidently the MD has very little knowledge of the business he runs.
