This is a commendation for long time Jefferies employee Steve and the girls in the office who expedited matters to rectify a terrible mess in a bathroom. A non functioning saniflo maserator required replacement,a difficult,smelly job which Steve handled with care and competence. The work was completed in less than two days when we had been anticipating at least a week .in our view Steve went above and beyond what was expected. C P Jefferies have been our regular “go to “ plumbers ever since they undertook major work for us twenty years ago.
