They claim to have an item in stock. I messaged them after the supposed arrival date had come and gone. Their reply was it was on back order and due in 45 days! I asked for a refund and my order canceled. They replied that they would send it as soon as it arrived. Not good enough. Now to file a complaint with the BBB and go to the bank to claim fraud.
